The Regnier Team is a full service team in Kansas, working with people in the REO, short sale, and bank-owned market and with many investor buyers and sellers. We also list retail properties and land, and assist buyers in all categories.
The Regnier Team is the local HUD and VA listing agent, and also list for other REO companies such as FAY Servicing, Xome, JP Morgan Chase, Selene Finance, and AMIP to name a few.
SFR, RELO and MRP are my certifications, and am working on adding more.
The Team is experienced in working on a task system and are on the following platforms: Olympus, VRM, Resnet, Pyramid, Equator, 54 Collaborate, and Cascade.
I’m a member of NABPOP and REO Syndicate.
I perform BPOs for Clear Capital, RRR, and BPO Fulfillment.
