Financial Accountant

Department : Finance

You will be responsible for maintaining the group’s forecasts systems as well as the preparation of the year end statutory accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating, reviewing and maintaining the group’s forecasting systems
• Preparation of the group’s statutory accounts
• Calculation of quarterly corporation tax
• Preparation of annual tax returns in conjunction with tax advisors
• Other tax compliance

The successful candidate will also need:

• Solid experience of working in a commercial background in a similar role
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Experience of preparing group statutory accounts under IFRS
• Must be an effective communicator and be able to work as part of a team
• Must have a high level of organisation, planning and prioritisation skills
• ACCA/CIMA newly qualified/finalist or qualified by experience
