Amy Schrader

Amy lives in McMinnville, Oregon and has spent several years in the mortgage and lending business anywhere from loan servicing, collections, commercial, residential, business banking as an account executive, processor, loan officer, broker coordinator, and underwriter. When the subprime market was taking off, she jumped from retail banking to wholesaling lending and then transferred out to join her family’s excavation trucking business later working as an OSHA/Safety Trainer, Designer, and Quality Construction Manager for a small construction company focusing on new construction of Adult Care Homes and Residential Care Facilities.

Amy then went on to focus on health and life insurance for a few years while buying properties at auction to renovate and resell, part time, but her heart and passion has always been in real estate. After working for an auction company for the past two years, she decided it was time for a change and is now focusing on real estate full time helping others to fulfill their dream of home ownership. She likes to think outside the box and is happy to help in any way she can and can refer you to loan officers, contractors, inspectors and others that she knows and trusts to assist you in the home buying process.
