Born in Mexico from German and Guatemalan parents I lived in Germany, Mexico, Argentina, Switzerland and Puerto Rico before I settled in Orlando in 1995 and called Orlando my home. I became a realtor in 1995 and work since then with Coldwell Banker and have seen the tremendous growth in Orlando and surrounding suburbs.

With 23 years in Real Estate and 7 years of REO experience I service and represent my clients  with passion and dedication. I provide Full time in-house REO marketing.  All listings are uploaded and optimized to top 15 showcase websites including MLS within 24 hours utilizing premium photography. Sign and print advertising as well as direct response marketing. I am extremely organized and efficient from pre-marketing, vacating, cash for keys, weekly reporting, CMAs, marketing, negotiating and selling, and expense billing. I provide professional service. Have done more than 700 Broker Price Opinions  in the past five years and average time from listing to closing is 60 days. Values are very accurate. I sell REO Assets efficiently and Cost effectively in order to achieve the highest possible recovery in shortest amount of time for my clients. I like to keep my portfolio between 5 and 10 properties so that I can provide professional personalized service to my REO Servicers.
