Licensed in Portland, Oregon in 1967 as a Sales Associate.  Managed Branch Office for Stan Wiley Inc in Lake Oswego 1968-70.  Managed Hollywood office for Stan Wiley Inc 1972-74.  Moved to Vancouver, Washington to take over Stan Wiley Inc Southwest Washington activities as District Director.  Opened Palin Properties real estate firm 1975 through 1995

Managed local Coldwell Banker office 1995-96

Bought Vancouver Realty 1996 and operated to 2002, moved to RE/MAX Equity Group 2002 and have served since as Managing Broker
