I have owned and operated my own company since 1992.1 have always been an entrepreneur with strong people skills, business building skills, team building and have a great understanding of business. Multi-tasking is one of my many strong points accompanied with a great ability to lead by building a productive and proactive work environment. I am self- motivated and have the ability to motivate others. Building businesses from the ground up is a challenge that I am and have been successful with. I have over 10 years of success in strategic planning,, managing projects and improving efficiency of operations. I have developed and implemented highly effective business functions that deliver results. I have been responsible for budgets as large as 22 million. I have chaired every committee in my local association, several committees in my state, and I am a committee member of several committees in the National Association of Realtors. I have been a lead in lobbying in Tallahassee as well as Washington D.C for issues that are on the association’s agenda. I have also have ran several campaigns to get legislators elected that have the same views as the Realtor party.
