Jeff Humphries

Cedar is my hometown, I grew up in here and love the people and my community. As a Realtor or Real Estate Agent as some call it, I enjoy helping families buy and sell their homes here in Cedar City and throughout Southern Utah.  When I find people a houses they can turn into a Home brings me great pleasure. Helping people with there real estate needs just puts a smile on my face.  I feel it is just an extension of my desires to serve you and the community.

My Service to the Community

I started my service in a slightly different direction before coming to find Real Estate. Working for the community with the Uintah County Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy, while simultaneously working for Naples City where I held rank of Corporal and was presented with the ‘Distinguished Service Award’. As a EMT, I worked for the Iron County Ambulance before joining the Iron County Sheriff’s Office in 2007 and quickly gained the rank Corporal; I am a member of the Iron County SWAT team and a Firearms instructor.

In September 2010, I was awarded the ‘Medal of Valor’ for bravery and actions in the line of duty in December of 2013, I was awarded one of the highest honors the ‘Medal of Honor’.

 I feel any opportunity to help the people of Cedar City find a house they can call there own and turn it into a home is just another step of service in my life.I would love to help you with your real estate needs and you will always get service with
