Patrick Morgan began his real estate career in March of 1995 at Moore and Co. as a Broker Associate. He has specialized over these past 16 years in residential home sales as well as REO’s and received the “Leading Edge Society” award through Prudential Real Estate in both 2005 and 2008, which is an award recognizing the top 10% of all real estate agents across the country with Prudential. He was also voted and recognized as a Five Star agent in 2010 by “5280 Magazine” in the Denver metro area.

Patrick is thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in listing and selling REO properties and completing BPO reports and has done so since January 2004. A partial list of the clients he has served over these years include: Ocwen, CITI Residential, Goodman Dean, U.S. Residential, Bankers Asset Management, Lamco, RRReview, Clear Capital, PMH Financial, Aurora Loan Servicing, Old Republic, Pro-Tek and Equi-Trax. Patrick is also currently registered with RESNET/AMP and Equator. He knows and understands the entire process of listing and selling FNMA, HUD and bank-owned properties as well as short sales.
Having lived in Denver now since 1991, Patrick has gained extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods in the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. He has worked with many buyers and sellers in all areas to help them with successful transactions in the buying and selling of their homes from beginning to end. He has many repeat clients and believes that a strong referral clientele, professionalism and understanding a client’s needs are all key in being successful in all areas of real estate.
