Having helped clients, investors, and developers buy and sell more than 1200 properties totaling over $300 Million, she is an expert at business development, the Philadelphia real estate market, new construction, and negotiation. Maria is a five time recipient of the 5-star Overall Satisfaction Award, reserved for an elite 2 percent of Philadelphia area real estate agents. She is also a member of National Association of Realtors, Five Star FORCE, PA Association of Realtors, Philadelphia Association of Realtors, The Union League of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
