After graduating college, I have been associated in some form or facet in sales, negotiations, customer service, marketing, public relations, communications, photography, analytical statistics, quality assurance, management, mentoring, training, education, & client satisfaction. These were made possible with a positive attitude, calm demeanor, outgoing personality, undisputed ethics & morals, while yielding great integrity & character. All of these traits were earned through 5 years in the US Coast Guard, 4 years as a Trauma/Critical Nurse, & 9 years with NASCAR working in Sports Marketing.
With all of my life experiences & formal education this yields a good product for listing & selling all types of real estate such as lake front homes & lots, neighborhood homes, subdivision homes, farms, manufactured homes, acreage, lots, & land by attracting sellers & buyers through by using a creative marketing & advertising program is the best start to get your home the exposure it needs & deserves. As you can see, I take pride in my accomplishments such as earning the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), & inducted into the AL Association of Realtors’ Honor Society in 2013. As President of the St. Clair Association of Realtors, I have been honored to be a State Director, asked to sit on AAR’s Planning Committee, Grievance Committee, & Chair a PAG on Nominations.
