Sabrina Simpson has been a Ventura County resident for the past 24 years. Sabrina is a native-born Californian, grew up in the real estate industry (daughter of Vita Garrett-Schneider, CCIM-retired, who has been a licensed broker since 1962). Sabrina has been a licensed agent since 1998 and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and HAFA Certified. Real Estate is my life!
