I provide asset managers with the support needed to list and sell REO properties. I have over 10 years of experience with REO sales and BPO evaluation products with well over 2000 completed. I have been in the industry since 2003, broker owner since 2007.
- REO Experience
Since 2004- current I have completed over 2000 BPO evaluations for CoreLogic, eMortgage Logic, and Altisource. I have sold over 30 REO properties for Altisource over the past 13 years, and have sold REO for Patelco CU. I am currently completing interior CMA evaluation for most of Altisource REO properties. I am currently local leasing agent/broker for Altisource Residential, LP Rental Homes.
