Susie Petrone

Susie Petrone, began her real estate career in Newport Beach, California in 1977.

Training with top professionals, Zig Zigler, Tom Hopkins, Mike Ferry and others, developed her sharp negotiating skills. Susie is continually attending seminars to update and increase her knowledge on the current market conditions to provide her clients excellent service.   Susie, relocated to Park City, Utah in the 1980’s where she worked with a number of clients ranging from investors, buyers, to sellers. Not only did Susie work with regular sellers, but also she worked with banks and asset management companies, where she handled and sold distressed properties.  The FDIC, became her main client and Susie marketed and sold their entire portfolio of assets in the state. Susie was given recommendation letters from the FDIC for her excellent work.  In the late 1990’s Susie relocated to the California desert, Palm Desert/Indian Wells and was there to help banks, buyers and sellers with their property when the real estate market bottomed out in 1996 and again in 2008. Susie has sold 100’s of Bank Owned Assets in her career and continues to work with distressed properties and homeowners on the Island of Maui.  Susie continues to build long-term relationships with her clients and achieves the highest level of satisfaction with her clients. Susie is known by her clients to give them excellent service through the entire buying and selling process.

Susie has not only sold REO assets but, has demonstrated great experience in the Short Sale market. Susie has great knowledge when it comes to a distressed home owner and how to help that home owner. From negotiating with the bank to helping the homeowner get the top dollar for their property. Her years of experience in the REO and Short Sale industry, whether it’s helping a distressed home owner sell or helping a buyer purchase a short sale provides the necessary skills to get the transaction done.
