I am a native of Kansas City and licensed to sell any property in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area in both Kansas and Missouri. I’ve sold property in Clay, Platte, Jackson counties in Missouri and Johnson, Miami and Wyandotte in Kansas. I specialize in Investment properties such as Foreclosures and Short Sales and work with investors to find homes to flip but also love helping First time homebuyers wanting to purchase a foreclosure or short sale to fix up themselves. I have extensive knowledge on current rehab costs in addition to being knowledgeable on various types of loans to meet the buyers’ needs. I am also extremely competent to handling a normal transaction and have sold homes ranging from $50K to $1.5 million.
In April 2007, I made a faith based decision to serve the Lord by helping homeowners affected by the economic crisis and need to sell their home. I consult them by listening to their hardship and needs and then advising them of their options in avoiding foreclosure including if they want to keep their home. I believe the homeowner deserves to know all of their options no matter if I get the business. If they do end up needing to do a short sale then I have the experience and extensive knowledge with short sales and also have the proven track record to show for it. Sheila has sold homes ranging from $50,000 to $1,300,000.
