Through the years I have been in the real estate business (39 years at Hilltop Lakes) I have listed and sold reo properties for Madisonville State Bank (now Prosperity Bank), River Oaks Bank and Trust, Premier Assets and Fannie Mae. I and Billy W. Massey owned and operated Pioneer Real Estate of Leon County for over 15 years. I
then became associated with Circle T Realty of Centerville, TX. then with Champions Realty in Houston and now with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Premier Properties of Houston. My education beyond high school includes Blinn College in Brenham and the University of Houston. Karin and I both are native Houstonians.
