He worked in the industry as a residential builder for over twenty years before deciding to pursue a career as a real estate agent. I have purchased distressed property through a short sale and have also shown many homes and worked with buyers of REO properties as a buyers agent. My experience in the industry as a builder and contractor has also given me an extensive list of contacts for different sub contractor trades as well as relationships with many local investors.
